Menlo IQ provides B2B marketing services including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy, content creation, website development, LinkedIn content strategy, analytics, and related consulting services.
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual Statements of Work (“SOW”) agreed upon between Menlo IQ and each client. These Terms of Service apply to your use of menloiq.com and supplement any applicable SOW.
Website Use
You may use menloiq.com for informational and business purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect content from this site without prior written permission
- Reproduce, republish, or distribute our content without attribution and written consent
- Use this site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes on third-party rights
Intellectual Property
All content on menloiq.com, including text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Menlo IQ or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Work product created for clients (content, website code, strategy documents) transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment as specified in the applicable SOW, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Disclaimer
Marketing results vary based on many factors outside Menlo IQ’s control, including market conditions, competitive landscape, client implementation, and changes to AI engine algorithms. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in AI search citation frequency, organic traffic, lead generation, or revenue impact.
This site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representation that the site will be available without interruption or error.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menlo IQ’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this site is limited to the fees paid by you to Menlo IQ in the three months preceding the claim.
In no event will Menlo IQ be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
